I bought a spice rack at a garage sale. I bought it because it was dirt cheap and it would add character to my kitchen. The rack holds about 40 glass jars for spices. When I bought it, most of the jars were still full. My question is, how long are spices still considered ‘ok’ to use? I didn’t ask how old they are when I bought it. They could be 10 years or 2 months old, for all I know!
