Find somebody who has an vacuum sealer. Place the vacuum bag with the spices in an empty coffee can so it does not get any light.

		<description>I use mason jars because they come in various sizes. Plus they are good at sealing in strong scents if you buy spices that are aromatic. Also, they keep things from going stale.</description>
